Cut to the Point - Week 2
So week 1 went off without a hitch...how was week 2 going to go you ask?
Well with an overwhelming response, last week Papa was asked to make a bow on this week's episode.
You asked, you got it...Papa made a bow!
Papa demonstrated how to make a bow on the Deluxe EZ Bow maker and I demonstrated on the Bowdabra since I had it handy.
I have to say if there's one thing a complete stranger doesn't know about the crafting community, it's that's the fact that everyone is so supportive of one another.
Papa had quite the audience as he made his bow. They were quite encouraging. You never would've known how nervous he was.
Prior to that, I opened up some goodies I received in the mail yesterday from Backroom Creations and Hot Mesh Mom. I am in LOVE with what I got!
I had a few questions asked...
Q: How long do I cut my ribbon?
A: I usually cut my ribbon into 12" pieces. It's a personal preference. You can cut them as short or as long as you'd like. I like to cut my ribbon in proportion to the size of the wreath I'm making.
Q: Where do you go for your wholesale license?
A: This question was specific to California, but each state is different. For California, go to www.cdfta.ca.gov to apply for your Seller's Permit online.
